Below is an outline of the major professional development opportunities offered by GTAQ. Make sure you jot these dates down in your diary and let your HOD know about the GTAQ Conference.

Late April - Saturday - Writing Effective Geography Assessment for Senior Geography

Primary Geography Conference - Saturday 5th May. More information will be provided soon.

2012 GTAQ Conference - Geography in the 21st Century - Fieldwork Day on Friday 27th July and the conference on Saturday 28th July at the University of Queensland. A program will be available by the end of Term 1.

Geography Skills Workshop - Early November (Date TBA)

GTAQ AGM - Thursday 22nd November AGTA Conference 2013 - Geography's New Frontier - January 10th - 13th in Perth, Western Australia. More information on this conference can be found by clicking here.
